After your order is placed and payment is verified, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays and may be delayed by up to one week if we're attending an event.
If your order includes any jewelry that is out of stock, shipping for your entire order will be delayed until the inventory is replenished. We do not partial ship orders. Out of stock items will be marked as SOLD OUT before they're added to your shopping cart.
All orders are shipped via USPS.

You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
In the highly unlikely event that you don't absolutely love your running jewelry, we will gladly offer a full refund or store credit on your order if requested within 30 days of its ship date.
On orders over $50 - we'll provide a return shipping label free of charge.
On orders under $50 - the cost of the return shipping will be your responsibility.
The $50 threshold is based on the order total after any discounts are applied.
Most returns or exchanges take 5-7 business days to process once the package has been received. After processing, it can take up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment, depending on your bank.

If you change your mind, or receive a gift and want to switch it up a bit, we're happy to oblige. The exchange just needs to be requested within 30 days of the original order and the jewelry needs to be in new, unworn condition. The shipping will be your responsibility on all exchanges.

QUALITY GUARANTEE AND REPLACEMENT
We take great pride in the quality of our running jewelry and hope you will never need a replacement. However, due to the nature of our jewelry and excessive wear that it can sometimes endure, we use a replacement schedule based on the original purchase date. The following is our standard guarantee and replacement policy:

FREE replacement and free shipping if product breaks in the first 3 months. We'll only ask for proof of purchase and an image of the broken product.
50% off replacement and free shipping if product breaks in the first 6 months. We'll only ask for proof of purchase and an image of the broken product.
25% off replacement and free shipping if product breaks in the first 12 months. We'll only ask for proof of purchase and an image of the broken product.
No replacements or discounts will be given if the product has been owned for 12+ months.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or replace lost items.
